- All order activity (including seating adjustments) and payments should come through the Group Leader (the person who booked the order).
- Order tickets early to ensure the best seats available at the best prices.
- Keep a record of your seat locations and who has those seats; if someone loses a ticket—we can set up a replacement at the box office the day of the show.
- Plan on arriving early to ensure everyone is comfortably seated before the curtain.
- Ask your Group Sales Representative for show promotional materials or early access to the program book if desired.
- If you’re bringing a student group, it’s better to not pass out tickets. Keep them together to prevent lost tickets and for easy seating the day of.
- Watch clips of performances online to make sure content is appropriate for your group.
- Let us know ahead of time if you’ll have any accessibility needs, or seating location requests.

Mondavi Center Discounts
Subscriptions
Becoming a Mondavi Center subscriber is simple: choose 3-4 events and save 10% on your package or choose 5 or more events and save 15%.
UC Davis Students
Current UC Davis students get 50% off single ticket prices for all Mondavi Center Presents and Department of Music events.
Additionally current students get $10 rush tickets and one free ticket during their time as a student.
Current student status verification is required.
UC Davis Faculty and Staff
UC Davis faculty and staff save 25% on all Mondavi Center Presenting Program subscriptions and 10% on individual events.
Non UC Davis Students
Non-UC Davis post-secondary students receive a 25% discount on Mondavi Center event tickets. Proof of enrollment at a non-UC Davis post-secondary school (student ID or a copy of your tuition bill receipt for the current academic year) is required at the door.

Worry Free Ticket Reservations
Unsure exactly how many people will be joining your group? Not to worry. We can hold your seats with a 50% non-refundable deposit. Then go spread the word. Call us on an agreed upon date and we will release seats you don’t need, or better yet, we can always try to add more to your party! We can also arrange flexible payment terms depending on the date of your reservation.
Parking
The main parking structure is located on Hilgard Lane, just south of the Mondavi Center building. Prepaid event parking can be purchased in advance. More information on UC Davis parking is available at Transportation Services.
